Returns & Exchanges
All of our products are made to order using print-on-demand production through Printful. Because of this, we handle returns and exchanges a little differently from traditional retail.
Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Policy
Each item is printed specifically for you once an order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind

Colour or style preference

Ordering the wrong item
We strongly recommend checking size guides and product details before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We do offer replacements or refunds if:

Your item arrives damaged

There is a printing or manufacturing defect

You receive the wrong item
If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Size Exchanges
Because all items are printed to order, we cannot offer size exchanges.
If you’re unsure about sizing:

Please refer to the size chart on each product page

Measure a similar item you already own for comparison
Refunds
Approved refunds (for damaged or incorrect items only) will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
For approved issues:

You may not be required to return the item

If a return is needed, we will provide instructions
Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns may not be processed.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

We’ll investigate with the carrier and Printful to resolve the issue
International Orders
For international shipments:

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
